Sleepy Time

Getting a good night’s sleep seems to be harder work than ever, doesn’t it? I read somewhere lately that the majority of us suffer from insomnia at some point in our lives. If you suffer some insomnia and want to find a solution then I can suggest that you hire a 2 year old toddler for a week or two to tire you out during the day.

Failing that, here are some other ideas.

What about a TempurPedic BellaSonna? I have no idea what this is but doesn’t it have the greatest name ever? I just had a peek and it seems to be a bed. With a name like that it must cost a fortune but it would be worth it to tell people that you have got a new BellaSonna.

Could Opi nail polish be the solution? I have never painted my nails but I think that it could be the sort of task which relaxes you and sends you off to the land of nod. You probably just need to be careful not to fall asleep and then wake up a few hours later with a pot of nail polish splashed across your face and BellaSonna.

I guess that Halloween lights could also lull me off to sleep. Actually, now that I thinabout k it I don’t even know what Halloween lights are. Are they those illuminated pumpkins some people put up on their walls? Would I fall gently asleep watching one of these or would it keep me awake all night. Perhaps I would sleep but it would give me horrific nightmares during the night.

Have you ever used or seen tin ceiling tiles? I don’t know why but they sound kind of soothing to me. I can imagine myself lying on my BellaSonna and painting my nails to the light of a scary pumpkin and enjoying the softly reflected light on my ceiling. It sounds like a great night in and it is probably exciting enough to make me completely forget about going to sleep.
